1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the parties below within the scope of the terms and conditions specified below.

BUYER: The real or legal person who places an order via the esdeu.com website and whose name and address are specified on the invoice.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the order placed electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER's website.

3. PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT AND DELIVERY

• The type, kind, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the products consist of the information available at the time the order is finalized.
• Delivery: The SELLER undertakes to deliver the ordered product safely and undamaged to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.
• Shipping: The SELLER is responsible for damages occurring during shipping if a "Damage Detection Report" is prepared with the cargo officer upon receipt of the package.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

ES’DEU supports conscious consumption and sustainability. Due to the nature of our products, the use of the right of withdrawal is subject to the following rules:

• Period: The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason.
• Cosmetic and Hygiene Sensitivity: Pursuant to Article 15/ç of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the return of products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery (cosmetics, skin care products, etc.) is not acceptable for health and hygiene reasons. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the protective band/seal of the product must not have been opened and the product must not have been used.
• Return Process: Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing to info@esdeu.com. For approved returns, when the product is sent back with the SELLER's contracted cargo company, the return costs belong to the SELLER.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the website, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
• If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, the SELLER is obliged to inform the BUYER.
• The product's ingredient list is clearly stated on the site, and the consumer is responsible for examining and using the product considering their known allergies.
• Invoice Transmission: The SELLER has the right to issue the invoice electronically in accordance with the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 433. The BUYER accepts in advance that the invoice for their order will be delivered to them electronically (via e-mail).

6. AUTHORIZED COURT

In the application of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized.

7. EFFECTIVE DATE

The BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they make the payment for the order placed through the site.
