Return and Exchange Conditions

We do not offer exchanges for our products. In case of a return, ES’DEU provides free shipping. You can return your unopened and unused product within 14 days by notifying us via info@esdeu.com or by creating a return request from your order panel, and sending it to us with a return code through our contracted cargo company.

• Review Process: Returned products are inspected after they reach our center. After it is determined that there is no obstacle to the return (opened packaging, use, etc.), the refund process is initiated.
• Promotional Products: In case of partial returns for promotional or campaign products, all products must be returned collectively. If one product is returned, the promotion conditions are cancelled, and the non-returned product will be charged at the non-promotional price.

Hygiene Rules for Cosmetic Products

According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; among goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons are included in the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Returns of our cosmetic products whose boxes have been opened, protective bands removed, or that have been tried are not accepted due to personal hygiene rules.

 

Step-by-Step Return Process

STEP 1: Packaging Carefully package the products with their original shipping box to prevent damage during shipment. Do not forget to include the invoice/dispatch note in your return package. Send the product to our Return Center address below with the contracted shipping code.

STEP 2: Refund Once your returned product reaches our center and is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund amount to reflect on your card may vary depending on your bank (approximately 2-7 business days).

 

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
• Goods that are perishable or may expire quickly.
• Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
• Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods.
